Sanford (Sandy) Hoff, Certified Real Property Appraiser/Broker

Sandy has been in the business for 35 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table in Property Management, Appraising, Consulting, Sales & Leasing and Property Development. He holds his Real Estate Brokers license with the State of Minnesota and is licensed as a Certified General Real Property Appraiser. He has also testified as an expert witness in numerous Real Estate litigation cases.
Ann Heimbach, MAI, Certified General Real Property Appraiser

Ann is a commercial real estate appraiser with a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Ann has been appraising property for more than 25 years, and her background includes both commercial and residential appraisal work. Her current area of practice is predominately commercial and vacant land appraisals with clients including financial institutions, attorneys, property owners and government entities. Ann is a member of the Appraisal Institute and has been awarded the MAI designation.
Amy Marincel, Certified Residential Appraiser

Amy Marincel began her career with F.I. Salter in 2003 and is a Certified Residential Appraiser. She is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin with her main focus including single family homes, family income properties (1-4), vacant land and high-end residential homes. When she isn’t working, you’ll find her traveling, hiking, biking, kayaking, sailing or generally anything outdoors.

Born and raised in Duluth, Macey became a real estate agent in 2016 and hasn't looked back. In 2017, she joined the F.I. Salter team as an Appraisal Assistant and has since branched out into sales and leasing, adding to her already diverse skill set.
Whether you are upgrading, downsizing, buying for the first time or looking for a new space for your business venture, she is committed to making your experience seamless. Outside of real estate, she enjoys road trips, spending time with her loved ones, and coffee.
